Aim: The specific objective of project SMILE is to support teachers and leaders of educational institutions to address the diverse needs of all learners through introducing systemic change at school level in partnership with knowledgeable local NGOs – local multipliers which have experience in the educational sphere.
 
The main target group: professors, school leaders / principals, students.
 
Results: 
  • - Partner organizations will adapt good practices to local contexts and needs and prepare them for future enlargement in partner countries and at EU level.
  • - A common ground will be created in inclusive education, which circumvents the limitations and restrictions of national frameworks.
  • - The model will be applied in 9 schools and will result in better trained teachers and an inclusive environment.
