The School&Work project aims at the prevention of early school leaving by creating a synergy between schools and the world of work.

The aim is to involve the labour market in supporting students’ motivation to stay at school and fostering their entrepreneurial spirit.

The project’s main activities are:

Creation of a transnational network of schools

Identification of students’ skills, aptitudes and potential

Review of the most relevant job profiles requested by the labour market

Promotion of an entrepreneurial spirit among students

Collection of interviews with successful entrepreneurs, employees and famous people

Development of a training course for teachers and counsellors on the relation between school and labour market

Results:

Collection of learning objects on entrepreneurship
