Aim: Meet the needs of employers and employees, students and young people in bridging the gap between academia and the workplace

•Report on the state of the art in Vocational Assessment and Career Guidance across VET in Europe

•Investigate, adapt, test, implement and evaluate employability training methods based on employer needs

•Update and make relevant, vocational guidance using available vocational testing tools and adapt them to labour market and employer needs

•Ensure employers are involved in career guidance and workplace preparation for their future employees
